Return and exchange window
BRAVIK accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below. After 30 days, we cannot offer a return or exchange under this voluntary policy. This does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
Eligibility and condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, odors, and pet hair.
- Original labels, tags, and packaging must be intact, with tags attached.
- Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or original receipt, is required.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email bravik.fit@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Our team will verify your order and provide the designated return mailing address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and use a trackable delivery service.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us for the return address before sending an item.
Refunds and processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where a full refund is due for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your delivery and contact bravik.fit@gmail.com within 48 hours if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include clear photos and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage, at no additional charge.
The 48-hour reporting request helps us resolve delivery issues promptly; it does not limit your mandatory rights under applicable law.
